Het slib dat door deze fabriek wordt geproduceerd is zeer vet en olieachtig (FOG), en er bestond een risico op ineffici\u00ebnte slibverwerking door conventionele ontwateringstechnologie\u00ebn. AMCON werd gevraagd om een pilottest uit te voeren; daarom hebben we de VOLUTE\u2122-pilotunit meegebracht en een grootschalige pilottest op locatie gerealiseerd.  <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installatiegegevens<\/h3>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Dankzij het verstoppingsvrije mechanisme van VOLUTE\u2122 en de hoge weerstand tegen FOG-slib hebben we prachtige resultaten behaald. Na de pilottest heeft de klant een ES-351-model op hun locatie ge\u00efnstalleerd. De unit draait goed en de klant is erg tevreden met de installatie en de voordelen die het heeft opgeleverd voor de algehele werking van de afvalwaterzuiveringsinstallatie. Momenteel hebben we VOLUTE\u2122 FS- &amp; GS-pilotunits beschikbaar voor pilottesten op locatie.
