Achtergrond<\/strong><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Een toonaangevend bedrijf op het gebied van kunststofrecycling, gevestigd in Frankrijk, wilde de effici\u00ebntie van zijn slibbeheer verbeteren. Aangezien er binnen de groep meerdere potenti\u00eble locaties waren waar ontwateringsoplossingen nodig waren, wilde de klant de prestaties van de VOLUTE DUO\u2122-schroefpers vergelijken met die van hun bestaande centrifuge. De VOLUTE DUO\u2122-technologie, die bekendstaat om haar geschiktheid voor anorganisch en vezelrijk slib, werd geselecteerd voor een proefproject om de effectiviteit ervan te bepalen voor een continue, onderhoudsarme werking in omgevingen voor kunststofrecycling.[\/vc_column_text]

Installatiegegevens<\/strong><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]De VOLUTE DUO\u2122 ontwaterde het ruwe afvalwater afkomstig van de waslijn, na een scheidingsproces dat werd uitgevoerd door een trilfilter. In vergelijking met de centrifuge ter plaatse bereikte de VOLUTE DUO\u2122 een equivalent droogheidsgehalte van 45 %, een hogere filtratkwaliteit (met een opvangpercentage van 92 % tegenover 84 % voor de centrifuge) en een lagere dosering van polymeer (5-6 g\/kg-DS vergeleken met 15 g\/kg-DS).
De driedaagse test heeft aangetoond dat de VOLUTE DUO\u2122 een effectieve oplossing is voor kunststofrecyclingbedrijven in heel Europa. Dankzij de consistente prestaties bij het samenpersen van anorganisch en vezelachtig slib, in combinatie met lagere exploitatiekosten, vormt dit apparaat een ideale oplossing ter vervanging van de centrifuge.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]
