Teams in AMCON Europe consist of people with different backgrounds. While we enjoy the diversity, we respect the need of education and tools for a better communication. We provide English and Czech language lessons. We also provide training on various soft skills such as communication skill.
The professionalism is what the customers expect. We provide various types of training environment such as conferences, lectures by external specialists, short-term and long-term training courses.
We have quarterly teambuilding events solely organized by AMTALK team which consists of a representative from each department. We have done Japan night, horse riding, BBQ, rafting, archery, karaoke, etc. We also have relaxing zone in our office equipped with table tennis, table football, and darts.
Amcon Europe was started in Czech Republic in 2011 and opened with 3 colleagues. Since then the company has grown very quickly and now employs more than 30 people, we are constantly growing our team and are looking for innovative people who are passionate about the environment.
