Il se compose d&rsquo;anneaux fixes et mobiles verticaux altern\u00e9s avec un espace entre chaque anneaux. Deux vis transf\u00e8rent et compactent la boue \u00e0 travers le cylindre, en extrayant l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\r\n<p>Un arbre de transmission externe assure le mouvement constant des anneaux mobiles, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un effet ciseaux, une fonction d&rsquo;auto-nettoyage sophistiqu\u00e9e. En m\u00eame temps, le guidage pr\u00e9cis des anneaux mobiles emp\u00eache tout contact avec les filets de vis. Cette conception sans contact prolonge consid\u00e9rablement la dur\u00e9e de vie des consommables que sont les anneaux et les vis.<br \/>Tout cela en conservant les avantages typiques des presses \u00e0 vis, tels qu&rsquo;une consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et d&rsquo;eau de rin\u00e7age tr\u00e8s faible par rapport aux autres technologies.<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Applicable \u00e0 pratiquement tous types de boues y compris inorganiques et\/ou \u00e0 forte teneur en fibres<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Les deux vis tournent l&rsquo;une vers l&rsquo;autre, brisant les mati\u00e8res solides tout en les transf\u00e9rant et en les compactant vers la sortie. Il est possible de d\u00e9shydrater des boues d&rsquo;une concentration aussi faible que 5g\/L. Cela \u00e9limine des co\u00fbts de construction, d&rsquo;exploitation des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9paississement, de stockage des boues et r\u00e9duit aussi les probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;odeurs.
