Est\u00e1 formado por capas alternas de anillos fijos y anillos m\u00f3viles con un espacio intermedio. Dos tornillos que atraviesan el cilindro transfieren y compactan el lodo a trav\u00e9s del cilindro, exprimiendo el agua.  <\/p>\n<p>Un eje de transmisi\u00f3n externo garantiza el movimiento constante de los anillos y crea una funci\u00f3n de autolimpieza elegante y sofisticada. Al mismo tiempo, el guiado preciso de los anillos m\u00f3viles evita su contacto con la superficie de los tornillos. Este dise\u00f1o sin fricci\u00f3n prolonga enormemente la vida \u00fatil de los consumibles. Todo ello manteniendo las ventajas t\u00edpicas de las prensas de husillo, como el consumo ultrabajo de energ\u00eda y agua de lavado en comparaci\u00f3n con otras alternativas.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aplicable a pr\u00e1cticamente todos los tipos de lodos, tambi\u00e9n los muy fibrosos o inorg\u00e1nicos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Los dos tornillos giran uno dentro del otro, rompiendo los s\u00f3lidos al tiempo que los trasladan y compactan hacia la salida.
